Thought I'd post up my goals:

Over the next 90 days would love of course to build my legs up......................They havent been worked since knee surgery from 5 years ago...........

and if I could cut my core up, and aleast see those top 4 abs, I would be a happy camper.........

My main goal is this:

Not to look good for a "man of my age" but just to "look good (body wise, nothing I can do about the face) period......

Now if I can just get my stomach and joints, ta hang in there for the next 90 days, I think I can get there!!!

Looking good Papa. Take it easy on the legs and remember, if it hurts dont do it. Slow steady and good form beats out fast and heavy any day. Injuries at our age take WAY to long to recover also and setbacks are a bitch.

Work on the diet and some cutting and you will be looking damn good. Start skipping the carbs. No dairy, no bread etc. Not to much fruits since they are fattening also. Berries are good.

Lets show them what us older guys can still do.

Ha Pap. Back when I was training like a beast in 87' I threw up a few times on the leg sled doing giant drop sets. I owned the gym so I could do anything I wanted so I got an Oxygen tank and mask, (crazy ?) and when I was doing an extended drop set I would mask up turn it on and go for it with two guys on each side pulling plates and going into complete failure with negatives. awwww. The oxygen was a gas...............HA! it worked great. ...crazy mike

Thanks bro..................first time Ive worked legs since motorcycle wreak took my left knee in 09............... Felt good.............Just went "over the top" on a squat rep, and by the time I got the bar racked, up came my 3 oclock meal.............. now I know why theres a trash can next to that rack!
