    Tren

Has any one used tren in a sporting event besides bbing or power lifting? How much of a decrease did you see in your cardio.

I've seen a few do this and say its not much difference in cardio up to 300mgs approx. not sure I believe that though....

I used Tren A during this years season of AFL, i noticed a massive decrease. I was pretty fit because i did a full pre season and i started my cycle on the week of our 3rd practice match which was 2 weeks before round 1, by the time round 3 came my endurance was probably halved and i had constant problems with my calves becoming too tight during the game that it was making it very hard to keep running. My advice is, if your playing a sport that requires a lot of running better to just do the cycle during the off season.

i would say it took a good 6 weeks after cycle to get my fitness back to near where it was, during the end of the cycle and PCT was just like someone mentioned before once you get out of breath you struggle to get it back, where as when im fit i get out of breath but can keep going

Well Op lets put it together. WE all agree that Tren is going to hurt your cardio when using it. We see that your cardio can and will come back. I agree with MI that the short ester hurts your cardio more than the long ester Enanthate.
I think everyone will agree that a lower dose has less of an effect. And no one has argued what I have said about it not melting the fat off. So I tell you that I have burned fat off by using the Bicycle in the gym and I attribute the lack of water retention due to Tren. But fat and water is different as you know. Tren will build quicker mass but at a cost. If you can't afford the cost you can accomplish what you want with other compounds. That's my 2 cents AND more Ha!! . ...crazy mike

Yes I've figured the general answer to this but, if anyone ever did any sort of real cardio output I was interested in the result of it.

    Thanks.

I find trenE isn't as bad as trenA on disrupting cardio. Both will have an impact but E is easier for me to tolerate and push through.

Basically I'm debating for my next cycle. Test, tren maybe anavar or test, mast, anavar. Cardio I want to stay decent though.

When I did Tren the first time it was Tren Ace. It severely, severely decreased my cardio and that was while working out. I don't do any other sports. It effected my breathing for a month or so after cycle. I had three months off due to my hernia and during that time it came back. Now I just recently did some Tren A with some E it wasn't as bad. I came off the A and maintained the E and it wasn't half as bad on E and now I am just fine. I am older 62 just FYI and my cardio is just fine now. ...crazy mike

For those interested in lipid effects from Tren...

    Cholesterol-lowering effects of a proprietary... [Am J Clin Nutr. 1999] - PubMed - NCBI

    CONCLUSIONS:
Red yeast rice significantly reduces total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and total triacylglycerol concentrations compared with placebo and provides a new, novel, food-based approach to lowering cholesterol in the general population.

Yes sir! Here is a list of the supplements I use for lipid management:
    - red rice yeast
    - hawthorn berry
    - niacin
    - Cholestoff Plus
    - Resveratrol
    - NAC (cardiac health in general)

.....and 5mg bystolic PO qid for mild HTN.

    EDIT
    - 1 cup rolled oats daily & 6g of supplemental fiber for cholesterol and glucose management.

(In addition to cholesterol and GI motility, fiber will reduce total ACTIVE carbs in your diet).
