i just got my stane, which came ridiculously fast, but do i have to refrigerate it or shake it before each use? and i suppose the 2 and a half on the syringe is .25 dosage? sorry im slow :P

Did you get Stane or Dex? I only ask as your dosage description of .25 is like dex but you refer to stane in your post.
