I came back from Afghanistan and decided to switch to a flat top, something like this:
in fact, I'm out the door for the barber's right now.
What do you blokes sport?

Medium fade to skin with about 1 1/2 to 2 inches on top.
I get a fade 1/2 on bottom to 4 on top
#1 all the way around done at home w/ $25 trimmer
I wish I had enough hair to have a choice. lol
I do it myself just go 2 on the sides and back then 3 or 4 on top, fade the sides in. Saves me 20 bucks every 2 weeks lol.
just short and neat
You obviously haven't took enough gear in your life time if your concerned about your haircut![]()

I sport this hairdo when I get around to getting a haircut:

I've been blessed with good genes when it comes to hair and receding hairlines. Pops is 77 and still has most of his hair
Well as with most traits, baldness or a lack of is polygenic. We know it comes from genes in multiple places on the X and 20th chromosomes. Although we have mapped the entire human genome that is not to say there aren't other genes that affect baldness that we haven't discovered a correlation in yet.
It is also worth mentioning that environmental factors do play a huge role in hair, especially some AAS.
It can go either way. My dad was 1/2 bald in his early 20s. On my moms side everyone had thick black hair and full until their death mostly in mid 80s. Mine is a mix. Always had a high hairlilne but only started recceding the last few years and getting thing. Probably a lot to do with aas use.
My dad had a receding hair line in his 50's. On my mom's side, her father had almost a full head of hair in his 90's (it was thicker than mine is currently). I just don't get why my hair decided to thin out starting in my late 20's. I mean I know my use of AAS must've had some role, but it couldn't have been this much of one.
Teddy boy quiff with lashings of brylcreme. And a 6" mullet for the rear.

Shaved. I call it high speed, low drag.
I keep it simple
#2 on sides with trim on the top. Leaves it short and spiky
Comb over from the hair on my shoulders.
There is zero baldness in my family. Yet I am balding while on trt.
I've yet to experience any new body hair to speak of, or thinning. Acne like a teenager, but nothing hair related.
Oh, and more on topic: I've always wanted to do a flat top, but my wife is completely opposed to it. She's not even happy when I have a buzzcut. Razor, or grown out.
