    Anavar for injury recoup.

    Hey guys,
So long story short my forearms are ****ed, I get a shin-splint type pain, mostly when curling and it's unbearable. I've done a lot of research and decided the only way to heal it is to take a month off. I don't want to lose my gains so I wanna go on anavar for the month but I don't know how much I need to take. I'm 6'2'' 200lbs about 15% body fat. Any advice?!?!

IMHO your wasting gear and money. Take the time off and don't do anything to tweak the injury.

Hi bro I had exactly the same , I could curl heavy and it wouldn't hurt , but the split second I let go of the bar id get a horrible shooting pain and I'd be in agony.

It would also effect me days later , First off I switched my barbell for a EZ curl bar so my wrists aren't in an awkward position.

I also took 2 weeks off training arms which Made me felt like sh%t but had to be done

Also now before curling i massage the wrist which seems to help me a lot .

IMO steroid usage isn't the answer bro , so long as you eat your not going to loose that much strength or size ( if any at all)
