Guys,

5 months ago, I SOLD LowTesosterone.com. I just heard about this thread and I am 100% SHOCKED from the things I am reading!!!

We busted our butts to build the LowTestosterone.com brand and created a treatment program and business that where miles ahead of the others in the industry.

The company we sold to: "Prime Body" took over 5 months ago and we had no idea things would get this way for all of the members here. Not being called back, not having messages returned, poor customer service, having large sums of money taken, huge changes in process and therapy plans.... I can assure you, this was not the care we expected when we sold it.

For the record, we have called and emailed customer support as much or more than all of you to let the company know how upset customers were getting and it does not appear our input is helping. We will continue to try.

I still own the LowTestosterone.com website and the new companies phone number has been removed from the page. We currently do not have a testosterone treatment company that we are endorsing at this time, but we will do our best to find a proper fit for the members of Steroid.com

I REGRET that things turned out this badly as we took EXCELLENT care of our members for several years!! I am much more disappointed in this than you guys and I am shaking my head with how fast the LowTestosterone.com name has turned to SH!T. (I know how important and crucial lowt treatment is!)

Please accept my apology guys....

1. I built a revolitionary 2 million dollar medical software program to manage your treatment and we STILL OWN THAT TECHNOLOGY.

2. We still own the assets of LowTestosterone.com (the websites, the domain names, technology, etc...)

I NEVER meant for you to have issues over this transfer. In fact, the deal was supposed to have been a BETTER DEAL for you than what we offered you.

Please accept my apology guys.... This was NOT what I was expecting.

Just so that EVERYONE understands.... THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SEAMLESS TRANSITION.

Once it left our hands, we had absolutely ZERO control and we had no way of predicting THIS TYPE of thing happening. If I had just purchased a company, I would have made sure I didn't upset 1 single person in the process.

We will continue to call Prime Body to see if we can get them to understand how many people are upset.

I can't believe it either. I've had my blood test for 6 month labs done three weeks ago and prescribed an AI for my high E2. Still waiting for the correct prescription to arrive. I was prescribed .5mg twice per week. I get FIVE capsules, all 1.25mg in measure. The customer service told me that they think I should be on 1.25mg but "if I still want to take .5mg 2x per week" they can do that. They scoffed at me injecting subcutaneously too..and I've been doing this for three years and have been in my sweet spot.

Yes, everything is different. They also now auto ship all of your meds MONTHLY. I asked about that and I guess it will be an additional $225 annually, "a special for LowT customers." How is that special? An additional $225 per year on top of the $2300 annual fee? What is the $2300 for if it doesn't cover your supplies, shipping and prescriptions? The whole new set up is bizarre and I am so stressed out that I don't even know what I'm supposed to do. I'm paid up through the year.

I also was told that my labs will be sent over to my doctor to make any changes in my prescription. ??? The doctor prescribed my AI and we had that conversation at Prime Body almost two weeks ago? I still have no correct dosage for an AI with sky high estradiol. I'm going nuts with this. I hope they can sort it out or someone can help me get to a better provider. I understand things take time to normalize or reach homeostasis, however, it should not be at the expense of our well being.

I was afraid of this when I signed up three years ago. When you're on TRT, you're on it for LIFE. I always worried if the day would come that the company would shut down or be sold off and I will drop back into my former self walking through my days in an exhausted haze with no drive for life or ambition for anything again due to a shut down hormonal system. I'm really stressing about this.

You never had me calling to question anything.....I and many others totally trusted you at lowt. To guide us through this . And a lot of people who are now patting you on the back didn't go through what we are going through . Just between me and you I think this was handled very poorly and please tell me this why could we not get a hold of anybody. I personally left messages with low t. vette please understand you are not going through what the clients of lowt. Are going through and I'll bet (but I won't talk for lowt.com) they probably wish this would have been handled it better. This has truly been a train wreck for the clients involved . Now with that said can we All just try to help the clients trying to figure out what to ... I understand why newbs would feel the need to go through a doctor but after getting dialed in it's way cheaper to purchase from overseas sources and to do blood work yourself. I don't know about anyone else but if i post my blood work here and kel told me to do something that is 180 degree different from my doc guess what I'm going with kel. Hell I know more than my doc she tells me all the time and she specializes in hormone therapy and i don't know jack shit compared to kel. Blood work twice a year plus hcg plus test cyp plus I'm spending like $50 a month. I still see my doc twice a year but it's really not necessary. Kel helps me more. I know some aren't comfortable doing this but really it's not that hard

Just to be clear, when I sold the business I was selling to a company that I felt was growing and had their ducks in order. Once the business was out of my hands, I had ZERO power and I lost all access. I learned about all of this as the clients of LowT and we were blind sided by the massive implosion.

We would NOT have sold the company is we knew this was going to happen... you can bet your butts on that.

My sincere apologies to all of our loyal clients who were hurt by this. If there was something we could do, we would have.

I have acquired and sold off companies several times in my professional career. Transitioning one company and their clients into another is extremely difficult. Even the best plans can fail.

LowT & PrimeBody stepped on themselves coming out of the gate with this transition but in my personal experience the customer service folks and even the President of PrimeBody have been working diligently to take care of my concerns. Emails have been responded to promptly and I have had several followup calls and emails to check on me. Only the test of time will prove that staying with PrimeBody was my correct decision, but I have a good feeling about it right now.

So, what is the process now for ordering the next round of Rx from Primebody? It used to be to order Rx, you logged in and submitted Rx request online through LowT's website. Now is it all by phone or email or what? I need to re-up my HCG, and I guess I'm just going to call Prime Body tomorrow.
