What to take more carbs or proteins? Any suggestions.
Probably more carbs than protein, but who knows really. Everyone's a little different in terms of what he/she prefers or what one thinks is optimal. For example, my pre-workout lately has been 2 servings of oats, banana, few blueberries, and a serving of non fat plain greek yougurt. I say more carbs than protein because the carbs are going to fuel your energy for the workout, the harder your train, you're going to need all the energy you can muster up.
