No truth. The rumor was that Steve-O swallowed a light bulb, but it cracked in his throat and he bled to death, internally. But once again it's not the truth, it never happened, Steve-O is alive and well, and even made an appearance on Tom Green's new show last week. Don't worry bout it bro .
