So wanted to add 25 mg var for 6 weeks along with my trt. I got bloods down. Everything looked good but rbc slightly elevated. Liver and lipids all good though. Iron is good but my ferritin is on the lower side of the range. Should I donate or no. Can I run var with this?
Hematocrit 52
Ferritin 44

It would help if you posted the reference ranges your lab uses.
If ferritin is low, but not under the minimum, do a whole blood donation.
