Hey bro, I do chest/calves (m), Back/traps (t), delts/forearms (w), quads/hams/calves (th), bis/tris (f), abs eod. Rest sat./sun.. This works real good for me. Sometimes I do change things up just to shook the muscles and not get bored with the same ol same ol.
