HCG question

I have my HCG it is profasil 5000 IU amps. I dont understand how to mix them. Do I just break open the pwder amp and break open the liquid and mix them? Then I will be leaving the amp in the fridge opened. Also how ill i draw the hcg from an amp with a slin pin? Tell me what im doing wrong thanks bros.

Break open both amps. Withdraw the water and slowly inject it against the inside glass of the powder amp. Let the powder disolve and withdraw your HCG into your slin pin. Inject your desired amount and put the pin in the fridge until your next injection.
