Guys, many of you have been on here forever. I don't know why, but suddenly women wearing next to nothing is showing up in avatars of members that have been here forever. Is this a new style? Am I missing something? I know that as long as you are within board rules, I cannot say or do anything, well unless I am having a bad day and just want to screw with you for the fun of it.

But remember, the more you push it, the more the new members are going to push it. I don't want this to get out of control. You are posting all over the board, greeting new male members as well as female members. I want the female members to stay, and I don't think the first thing they want to see on a message board, where they are already highly outnumbered by males, is a pic of a girl in a thong. Ladies, correct me if I am wrong on this one. Just keep it tame guys. Everyone's test is high on this board, and I am sure that everyone loves to look at beautiful women, but please keep it within good taste.

It was not directed at you. Honestly when you first put it up this morning I couldn't even tell what it was, the picture was so dark. But, Key, being the outstanding Vet that he is, came through in the clutch and lightened it up so everyone could tell what it was. LOL

Look, I don't have the answers. There is no fine line, because there is a lot of grey. How about this rule of thumb. Would you want the pic you choose to be up there if it were your sister? Just show some respect guys.

I think if you're trying to keep the numbers of women who are comfortable posting here and you want the women to ma instream more...then posting asses in thongs would be pushing it....don't get me wrong..personally it doesn't bother me...it's rather tame w/ some of the shit I've seen in avatar's and signature lines...

I've been around these boards too many years now....and I've seen it all....

but it could be why more women don't mainstream into the regular forums.....even though there's a nice bunch of people here....

My avatar was chosen and "revamped" for me by my guys on SE....I still use my mouth on bolex....

The only thing i dont get is, if the woman is clothed, whats it matter? People post pictures of female body builders in thongs and bras, so just because the woman if more... lets say womanly it crosses a line?

You have a good point.
While we have a great bunch of members and I know there is a bunch of fun had in the Lounge, this is still a BB driven board.
Posting a female bb in a bra and thong is a lot different IMO than a pic of a women bent over in a thong with that 'Come and get it' look.
While I personally love the 'Come and get it' pic, we do not want new female members shying away from posting in the open forum.
There are female members here that never post in the open forum. Is this the only reason? I can't tell you that but it may be a contributing factor. If you think about it, I can count the number of female members that post in the open forum on two hands.

I personally wouldn't want to post on a board where many avatars consisted of men in G-Strings with whip cream on their nipples.

I see your point, and it does make sense and all. You do see body builders in thongs and bras, however, I guess because it's directly linked with BB, and not fashion/sex/nudity, etc... It is considered "okay."
