I'm going to be taking my 4th cycle... i'm 18, 6'3, 210lbs, and about 5% BF. I've been training with weights 6 days a week for 2 years with pretty much missing no days.. i'm also a proffessional speed skater so i do lots of cardio.. i wanted to know how good theis cycle would be.
week1-10: prop 100mg/ed---6 days a week
week1-5: d-ball 30mg/ed----6 days a week
week5-12: winny 50mg/ed---6 days a week
week5-12: tren 75mg/ed-----6 days a week
I'm trying to have some pretty good strength gains but also stay really cut.. let me know what you think about it and if you would change something, add something etc...
