I am an all natural 5'11", 175pd, 15 1/2 inch armed, hard gainer from hell. I dont know quite what to do but i am motivated as they get and ready to be enlightened on this whole diet thing. Ive alot of reading on the suject but I dont know how much and when. Let me show you guys a little of my schedule and see of you can work in a little advice. Here we go!
4:45am wake up and get ready for the day including my food for the day and every thing else Im going to need.
5:45am The doors open and Im in the gym until 6:45am maybe 7:00am
7:15 I am at work until 4:00PM with a 30 min lunch break
After that most of the evenings are mine with a little distraction from my girlfriend some times.
What, Where, and How much would you guys eat if you were all natural and wanted to go from 175pd to lets say 195pd. I know that that is a big natural jump but do you think I could do it in 4 to 6 months? Please give me some idea of what road I have lying in front of me.
