    Started bodyopus without the book...and?

Anyways, I know the just of the diet. I also ordered it so it should be here next week or so. Anyways, I got ahead of myself and started it the diet last week and I'm trying to carb up as I type but......... Exactly how many carbs am I supposed to take in during this period? Isn't there a calculation out there? Am I supposed to be taking in any fats and protein too? If so how much?

    Thanks fellas.........

You're going to have to wait for the book as the formulas you apply to yourself, I can't remember what they are. I've not read that book in 3 years as it was a great beginning to a concept that is now in full force across America in many different fashions/presentations.

Yeah, I thought I'd get a jump on it before I got the book.

Kinda hard to jump on the program before you get the actual program, don't ya think?

I know you may know the concepts about it, but unless your amounts are pretty concise, and you know all the ways to enter/get out of ketosis and play with that, it's going to take a lot of experimentation.

Can be fun however for a first timer!

Yeah, I read the book around 6 years ago so I remember the basics. I wanted to jump on it when my motivation was high.
