Will adding BCAA's and glutamine to my supplements help reduce soreness?
What about pottasium and Vitamin C?
one thing i do know is that if your carb intake PWO and PPWO is up to par soreness should be reduced....also glutamine and BCAA's may already be in your Whey shake so check up on that before you spend more money...if your shake doesnt have them or doesnt have enough then supplementation will help. i would definitely check your carb intake first though.
glut will help, it aids in recovery, potassium wont help, creatine and glut combo are great for soreness.
