i got some nile sustanon last year from a real legit source and when i took it it made my ass pretty sore like there was a knot in it then i got some organon sust this year and when i take it i can barely even feel it is that bad or is my gear fake?

Hard to say bro, but I do know there's a TONNE of fake Organon going around right now....I'm not sure what they put in it, it seems to work a bit, but its definitely not full-strength......

Introducing a foreign chemical to your body is always more painful the first time around. By the second time your body can automatically recognize the compound and quickly send it on its way (to your muscles!). By the way the only way to determine a fake is by the mislabeling or effectiveness of the gear. If legit gear always caused pain then the scammers would quickly catch on and add a high BA solvent to their products.
