    my pics with shawn

    here are the first set off pics i took with shawn. im going to try to take more, especially when we are working out. hes my hight but twice as wide. gotta love it. a big thanks to our very own master photo shop man, Mr. red ketchup. he made these pics possible. thanks again red.

    my mach 3 gave out after 30 replacememnt blades. i guess i have one of those hairy body types!

    as of now im about 215 lbs at 12-15 %bf. im also 5'7 as you can see not much taller than shawn. i hope to get to 185 by june. i have been a fatbody all my life, so i want to meet my abs for the first time this summer. i will be shredded if its the last thing i do.

    coldstone - not much to update. the workouts are the same as i have been posting its just the types of exercises change. from straight bar to dumbell wide grip rows to narrow grip. he is all about working the muscle from every angle. he said wrkouts will be getting more intense with dropsets and supwer sets. when that time comes ill give the full lowdown on the workouts. as of now nothing special, just good old fashion hard work!!
