EQ - On the Road

I am doing 400 mg EQ every week. (200 mg on sunday and 200 mg Wed)
I have to go out of town via airplane next week and don't want to bring any gear for obvious reasons.

Can I do all 400 on Sunday then go back to 200 twice a week when I get back?
