ok, I know nothing, so forgive any stupid questions. in short I am curious about trying something "safe" and subtle, oxandrolone/anavar seems like the best bet. I hope I am not missing something here, but it sounds like one just walks in and asks for whatever? Do they ask any questions, you need anything form a a local doctor? Or can just just put it on your visa card like you are buying asprin?

Lastly is any place bette than another, Mexico City, Cancun, etc?

You cant ask for sources. As far as Mexico, I would do a search. Ive seen quite a few threads that relate.

I know what you mean man, i went there one time and i said i would never go back. It was just dirty as hell, everything was run down. The kids were running around barefoot all nasty looking. Stray nasty dogs all around me. Anyways i feel a little bad for them and it makes me see how lucky we are.
