2 weeks ago i decided to up my calories from around 2500 ED to 4000 ED. im 5'8 and 190lbs with about 10-12% BF. problem is, im taking a crap about 5 or 6 times a day. is this normal? im taking in about 320g protein, lots of carbs and low fat, not eating any shit. just wondering if its a case of waiting afew more weeks for my body to maybe 'adjust' to the new calories or drop it by about 500 kcal, what do you guys think?
