Cure for acne OTC

I got, like most AAS users some bad acne on back, soulders and chest

Anyway, I did some research on the internet and this seems to be the best OTC medication:
Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5 till 5% (Gel)

It's supposed to be FAR superiour to threating acne compared to Nizoral

I bought enough for a month, and I'm supposed to see results in 2 to 3 weeks.

Anyone tried it?

Sure, you still need some cleaning tonic for your skin and some moiserisor.

Any tips for usage?

u mean the regular benzoyl that u can buy in a pharmacy? Not really worked for me...only isotretinoine treated the acne for me...

Ik heb iets gevonden dat heel erg goed tegen acne werkt. Het heeft verschillende namen bij de apotheek het heet nizoral of ketokonazolen en in de winkel rooscure. Het is eigelijk shampoo voor haarverlies tegen te gaan. Maar het werkt ontzettend goed tegen acne. Ik had er over gelezen op amerikaanse forums waar ze er heel positief over waren .en heb het zelf ff gehaald en in 2 dagen is me acne echt veel minder op me schouders... Ik doe tijdens het douche
en masseer het in de huid laat het dan 5 min zitten en dan eraf spoelen. Ik ga het binnenkort ook op me gezicht/nek proberen maar ik kijk nog eerst ff aan wat het met me schouders doet."

I'll answer in English... (so others can read also)

I tried Nizoral (2%) for about 4 weeks and the acne only got worce! Since I've stopped using Nizoral, it's getting slowly better.

And Yes I mean the regular Benzoyl.
I've been reading that you need to build up, to "harden your skin" and after a few days (maybe a week) apply LOADS of Benzoyl, A good "thick" layer, twice a day. That's supposed to wotk the best.

Nizoral ain't good for me, maybe I'm allergic to one of the components.

I sure hope this will work. It's Nice weather in Holland.. and I like the sun

oww yeah dont forget the sun...dries out the acne...

Thanks. Just applied some, and it BURNS (logic.... peroxide)
maybe it get's better in a week or so..
