Jumping into AAS, especially for strength purposes, can certainly lead to injury seeing as your ligaments tendons and joints are not ready for that type of increased weight load.
Anyhow, I will not preach anymore. You say you want to stay in the same weight class, and also gain 35lbs.. so what exactly are your goals here pertaining to training and MMA?
