after looking at the faq page here on steroid.com i saw this
What's a good post recovery program?
wk -2 500ius ED + 20mg Nolva wk -1 500ius ED + 20mg Nolva wk 0 500ius ED + 20mg Nolva wk 1 Clomid 100mg ED (300mg day 1) + 20mg Nolva wk 2 Clomid 100mg ED (first half of wk) / Clomid 50mg ED (second half) + 20mg Nolva wk3 Clomid 50mg ED + 20mg Nolva wk 4 `0mg Nolva wk 5 10mg Nolva ****Start wk1 at regularly scheduled time ie, 2wks after enanthate. Count backward to find when to start HCG.

what im looking for is correct hcg amounts and dosages for a normal test e 500mg a week cycle.

i know to start the nolva and clomid 14 days after last shot, but as I am not using hcg through my cycle can someone tell me the correct time to use hcg and how much i need to use,

use it through your cycle at 250iu twice a week up til pct.
