Nolvadex, Its Effects On Your Cycle

Hey guys,

I read that Nolvadex will increase your natural test levels 150%. If this is the case and you included Nolvadex during your cycle, would your test levels be that much higher?

I've also heard that if you use Nolvadex during a cycle, it can slow your gains.

Bottom line, is it better to use Nolvadex during a cycle or if you can get by without it, is it better not to use it?

No, it won't boost test levels while you're injecting exogenous test.

Nolva does lower IGF levels, which no BB wants, but I've never had it reduce my gains on cycle, and I've used it on cycle many times.

If you can get by without a SERM or AI on cycle, then sure.

But reasonable doses of either on cycle won't hurt gains, imo.

What about Letro? I've taken Letro with a cycle and I retained very little water and looked awesome. I did feel like my strength and mass gains should have been better. I read that Letro is good to use for a contest prep. The one side effect it had on me was my libido was totally shot.

Does Letro effect your gains?

Letro severely affects gains, since it eradicates estrogen. You need normal levels of estrogen to grow and function properly. Use Aromasin (exemestane) instead.

Even low doses of letro (.25mg M/W/F) hurt my cycle.
