    Training at night

I'm planning a new cycle. which hopefully if the gear gets here soon I will start. I already train 5 times a week alternating body parts push/pull etc.
Unfortunately i work relatively early at do not get out of my office until late
I'm up at 530 for work and generally not home till 730. this usually leaves me a short amount of time to eat and then im of to the gym.

I guess what the question is, is that training from 8-11 good?

I do it all the time. In your case, the alternative is not to train at all, so of course it is good.

I personlly like training late at night. I find that I have all my meals down, and I feel like there is more energy. My favorite time to train would have to be around 4pm, but we all work so that doesn't really happen for most of us. You're all good, I say. Three hours might be a bit too long, considering you won't get as much sleep. Consider shortening it up, if you get too under-rested for too long you increase your chances of getting sick, and possible injured. Good luck!

I always train at that time these days, the gym is quieter and I don't like to wait for machines.

Unfortunately my gym is always packed right up till 11. mostly losers who get in the way take bench's and leave weights everywhere.
Lol about the payday thing. Thats another lovely part of my life. I get paid on salary and I'm head engineer so I have to manage my team. My day ends when the work is done.

I had just noticed that many people makeup plans that incorporate the workout earlier in the day. Unfortunately that just cant work for me. hopefully it wont be detrimental
