On the subject of hair loss, I personally have had great results with using only Nioxin shampoo and conditioner twice a day, not only in recovering hair that became noticeably thinner mid-cycle (in other words, starting with Nioxing within a relative short amount of time), but also maintaining the hair that I recovered. Of course we are all different, but I wanted to share what has worked for me.
On another subject, I wanted to get some feedback on something relevant to this original post that I have been seeing on a regular basis lately, that being giving the advice that if someone has around 20% body fat, they should just completely forget about using AAS until dropping it to around 15% or less. It's been ascertained that higher bf% does not increase the risks of gynecomastia, but instead increases the risk of cardiovascular problems. It occurs to me that this is fairly subjective, and if AAS are used properly and in moderation at this BF%, they can prove beneficial in quickly reducing BF% to a range more desired without serious health consequences. No offense to felk87, but I already know your stance on this. What about the vets here though, am I way out of line on this line of thought?
