Serum sex hormone binding globulin level = 48 nmol/l
Low free fraction
Serum testosterone = 12.6 nmol/l

We need ranges with those numbers. Did you get other labwork too? SHBG and Total Testosterone are only 2 of a bunch of numbers that are good to see. Estrogen, thyroid, DHT, DHEA, to name a few.

How do you feel compared to 5 years ago? 10 years?
This is the only results they gave me. I asked for a testosterone test at my local surgery and this is all I got.
HRT Student, how do I feel, pretty good actually, maybe more tired than 10 years ago but thats getting older I guess. Been on HGH for the last 8 weeks or so and that seems to making me happier, better sleep, running faster and better moods, or maybe just placebo effect who really knows. Does the test look low levels?

The nmol range is 10-35 so you that puts you at the lower end of the range
12 nmol converts to 346 pg/ml
