    Does TRT boost immune system?

I've been on TRT for over a year now and just got through my first winter without getting sick. Usually I spend most of my winter sick as a dog since I have three young kids in school(germ factories lol). Could this be the TRT?

It could. But there are a lot of variables, and "TRT" can mean different things. Either way, it is definitely better for the immune system than cycling AAS.

Exactly ^^^. Cycling can actually weaken your immune response.

    Good to see you Bona.

Trt helps your body remain in a generally healthy state so when you do contract an illness your not at a nutritional deficit. This I believe aids in recovering quicker if you do get sick and helping your immune system react quicker in the first instance.

I'm not sure if TRT itself would boost your immune system past the point of normal. Granted, if you have longterm low testosterone levels, this could potentially make things worse, but once corrected should return to normal. Now what can mess with the immune system negatively is the way many men play with their E2 levels taking far more anti-estrogen medications than needed. Low E2, especially long term will weaken your immune system. Anyway, there's no data I've seen that points to TRT improving immune function directly, but that would also be a very difficult thing to prove. I'm not saying it's not a true immune booster (maybe to a degree) just a hard one to prove. However, there is data out there that shows it's not immunosuppressive suppressive, so that's good.

I believe I had long term low Testosterone, and my health has greatly improved since starting TRT.

Chronic sinusitis is a thing of the past..
