    What carbs do u eat when Bulking on AS?

    What carbs do u hit when Bulking on AS?

    here is a few i can come up from top of my head which i hope are clean complex carbs

    Wholewheat Bread/Bagel
    Oatmeal
    Sweet Potatoe
    Regular Potatoe
    Brown Rice
    Cereal(But the good kinds like raisin bran)

    add more to the list plz? or tell me which carbs to stay away that i have in my list.........
