Alright i'm a big monster freak now at 240 14 percent bodyfat. I just wanna get shredded now so I threw together a cutting routine i think will work.

Wake up - Cardio/ bike ride 45 minutes

meal 1. Oatmeal w/ apple sauce and walnuts. Protein shake

Meal 2. 2 chicken breasts

Meal 3. Protein shake

Meal 4. Natural peanut butter sandwich

Gym time!!! 1 hour later

Meal 5 pwo meal. Protein shake w/ 2-4 tbsp natural peanut butter.

Sleep and repeat.


So guys does this look good? Do you think it will get me down there to the single digits of bodyfat? I really hate riding my exercise bike though it gets boring as hell but i hate doing cardio on a empty stomach running its almost impossible for me. Any suggestions for simple and effective cardio at home? thanks
