im in week 7 of my 10 week cycle an i havent seen much gains
i am currently doin:-

weeks 1-5 b-bol
weeks 1-10 test cyp
weeks 10-13 d-bol
weeks 14-15 clomid 100mg ed
weeks 16 clomid 50mg ed
weeks 14-16 nolva 40mg ed
weeks 17 nolva 20mg ed

im training:-

mon- chest,arms
tues- shoulders ,back
wed- legs
thur- chest, arms
fri- shoulders, back
sat - off
sun- legs

eating:

morrning - toast
10am -pasta with chicken , cheese, colslaw and ham
1pm - chicken and mayo sandwiches, packet of crisps
4pm - pasta
8pm - jacket patato or mince with mash patato or wot ever ( all evening meals with a protien shake)

im 5ft 4
and weigh 9st

and have problems putting weight on this is my first cycle , but not expectin to much to soon ,,,
will the gains come soon or should i be doin somthing diffrent?
