Hey all,
Just got my Norma Hella Decas in. Being my first cycle and all, I was wondering how exactly one draws from these vials? Actually I was wonderin ghow do I actually open the vial to draw the liquid out? Do I just stick the niddle through the metal top? Do I remove the middle part of the top and draw from there? If so how do i remove the middle part?
