I START OFF WITH SQUATS AND THEN I DO QUAD EXTNS AND THEN HAM CURLS BUT I ALTERNATE THESE TWO EACH LEG WORKOUT THEN I WILL DO STRAIGHT LEGE DEAD LIFTS AND THEN LEG PRESS AND ALTERNATE THE TWO OF THOSE EACH WEEK THIS SEEMS TO WORK GOOD FOR ME THOUGH NO TWO PEOPLE ARE THE SAME IT MIGHT WORK FOR YOU TO WORK THEM OUT DIFFRENT.
