I'm consuming 6 meals a day
meals 1-4 are pro/fat then hit the gym and
meals 2-6 are pro/carb
what's the best time to inject lr3 or does it matter? Can it be done in the am on an empty stomach or best to inject before consuming the carbs?

What's the best split too? 5on2off or 7 days straight for a 30 day run?
