hey everyone! im new here and i was wondering if you could help me out, ive been working out for about six months and have lost almost 30 lbs and have also been sitting on 5000 mg of deca and a bunch of nolvadex and was wondering if this is something i should take while i still have a little meat to convert or wait till i lost all the weight i want to? i took a cycle of qv deca about five months ago and it seemed to help shed the weight a little and really help my bad knee but when i talked to people about it thay said i was not ready for a cycle so how do i know when i am? im 22, 6 foot three, about 230 lbs any help would be great! i would post pics but i have not figured that out yet
