Hi guy's long time this is my update pic since last, hmm don't remember, I have diet hard since january! But no hard Cardio I started Cardio since June this year and this is so far I started last June doing God nows what lol and January I stared let's say serious, dieting ect ect.

Oh Yeah I started last year 120kg (264lbs) now I'm 104kg (.....lbs)
