    please critique this 6months tranformation otc cycle, diet workout.

    Prolab Glutamine Powder, 1000 Grams
    Ultimate Nutrition Flax Seed Oil, 200 Softgels
    Protein Factory MyoGenX, 180 Capsules
    NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid 250, 250mg/120 Capsules
    bmf: fire lean (has eca(high concentration)
    bmf 10lbs protein
    st.john's worth
    mult-v
    (probably will add more protein and flax later)

    diet will be high protein( chicken, tuna, protein shake, egg whites, beans)
    carbs(not doing crazy low carb( oatmeal, yams, whole wheat toast and off carbs after 6pm

    1day of weak all out day. (fast food) keeps me motivated and tricks my body!
    workoutt: 4days a week (45minutes cardio after workout) I can't do before breakfast stuff( I got to work at 6:30am)

    stats: 227lbs, 5-10 (gained 22lbs in two months hardcore workout and myogenx and eating everything in sight) nee dto loose all teh fat I gained.
    probably22% fat
    goal 195lbs- 8% fat
