Im 27 years old 179 to 185lbs and bodyfat ranges from 9 to 12%, i try to keep my diet as follows:50% protien 30%carbs 20%fats. ive been training for three years with good results, now i wana take it to the next level. ive been researching and learning alot from this forum for a few days and wana make sure i know what im doin. Sustanon 250 - Sachet what do ya think about 100mg 3 times a week? 8 week cycle, 15 days after test for the first week 100 mg a day clomid for the next 2 weeks 50 mg a day. and some Nolvadex on hand in case of bitch tits. should i use sustanon 300 instead of 250? should i start this off with dianabol?
