Is it possible to do too much cardio? I mean..at your target heart rate for fat burning.. I want to drop like 2-3% b/f really quickly before starting my next cycle and was planning on doing that rotating stair thing...yeah the one ronnie coleman sweats his ass of on. but yeah, doing that for an hour in the AM and 2 hours at night...
