Ok I'm asking for a Diet Critique. I am trying to build a healthy life style without steroids for now, maybe one day I'll try HGH or something else. I'm 20yrs old, 5'9", and 170lbs.
Breakfast:
1 Cup dry oats,
1 Banana
1 Meal replacement shake (300 cals, 40g pro) or when I have time, 7 Egg Whites with 3 slices turkey.
Lunch:
2 Whole Wheat (6g per slice) Turkey Sandwiches
1 Can of beans
1 Cup of vegetables
Snack:
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Can Tuna
Random Fruits
Dinner:
1 Cup Rice not prepared
1 Lean meat,Options: Tuna, Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp, Sirloins, etc..
1 Cup Vegetables
Night Snack
Meal replacement Shake: (40g pro)
Each Meal contains between 50 and 60 grams of protein, I'm trying to build lean cut muscle, what do you think?
