200g a day will be good for you now, that was a big drop so let your body loss some weight at that carb level, then when you feel the gains slowing try dropping it another 50g, then do that for a few weeks then maybe another 50g. I am 215lb @ 13BF and I like around 100g carbs cutting (with a carb up day of 350g every 5 days) Make sure you are getting a little over 1g/lb of protein a day and a moderate amount of healthy fats, I like around 65-80g.
