I don't see all this hate on people using squat bars for curling, I have to do it because of tendonitis in my forearm and also because the regular barbells with the weights already attached are usually taken by the other 15 goons in the gym.
And my workouts are based on high intensity and fast paced. I complete 28-32 sets in an hour
WITH a workout partner. So I hate just sitting around sharing a barbell with 2 other guys who take their sweet ass time, it kills my workout because once my body starts to cool down it feels like I am not lifting anymore.
So usually we use the squat bars for curling because after a while it makes you STRONGER because the bar is longer than a traditional curling barbell and you have to balance.
SO PLEASE STOP HATING ON US SQUAT BAR CURLERS!
Oh and I
hate hate hate people who wear wife beaters to the gym, no offense to any of you guys who do, but I feel it is the toolish thing you can do.
