I have always been a hardgainer and was advised to stop all cardio so that I could pack on more weight while on cycle.
This weekend, however, I was shocked to find out that I no longer fit into pants that were fitting just fine before I started this cycle.
How do I know if this is really fat or just water? Do I start cardio to cut down on the waistline or am I just going to burn off my muscle gains? Can I take a diuretic to lose some of this water?
I'm 28, 5'11", 200# currently. I was 180# when I began 6 weeks ago and I have 2 more weeks to go on this cycle.
