Hi, just introducing myself. Hopefully this will be the last forum I'll have to sign up for. Just been having bad luck finding a quality source and hopefully my search will be over with this forum.
I'm very optomistic ! Anyways to the point. I'm a regular at the gym going at 6/7 days a week. I'm currently using garbage such as PowerLab Nutrition Halotest and Androbol... and not getting good results. Also taking Cytogainer 3 times a day... along with Animal Pak n Stak just to try and add some more nutrience to my diet. I've decided to stop wasting my money on stuff like that. Seems like after all that stuff I still gain less then 5 pounds a cycle its rediculas. Any advice will be welcomed. I do a lot of research so I believe I'm pretty educated.

Weight - 150 - Height 5"8'
Location - Kandahar Afghanistan ( US Army Deployed ) Originally from MN but live in AZ.
Intentions - Want to be 180 pounds under 5% body fat.
Current Body Fat- 8%.
