hey, im 5 11', 255 pounds and ive been trying as hard as possible to cut down to 200 pounds. i was 320 this summer and i cut down to plateau at 255. now, i cant lose weight, i have a good cardio and workout plan going for me, but i just need something to take me that extra edge. i would like to cut down but gain muscle at the same time. i like the idea of hgh but idk. could someone recommend me there experiences, and specifically how to use or take them. thank you so much from a noob.
