hi,

I plan to do a cycle with omnas (15 amps). In Anabolics 2009 there is a sample (9weeks) cycle for sustanon 1-2w 250mg 3-8w 500mg 9w 250 mg. WL suggests to take 20-40 mg Nolvadex/tamoxifen per day.

My questions to you:

1. should I do the 9 weeks cycle above or lenghten with a week (8-10 w 250 mg)?
2. I plan to take 25 mg proviron for the last 50 days above the nolvadex. Is this enough in your opinion or 50 mg should be taken?
3. for PCT I will use HCG and Nolvadex for sure, but should i take clomid as well?
