I am into my fourth week of Clen and have been following both Anthony's method of continuous use with benadryl every third week. Now my fat has dropped my cardio sucks now and I see a difference but the sides are practically gone. I also read a great read by someone who posted their complete clen diet and everyone bumped it and he said benadryl is the best used every third week and to stay away from the 2/2 method.
I now though see many of the top dudes in here preaching the 2/2 method and think i am now forced to because the sides are gone and I think im just putting it into my body for nothing pretty well. Plus I paid a decent amount for it. Any advice? thx guys!
