I am 19 years old and 145 pounds. (and bulking)

What is a good multi that I should be taking, and how many times a day?

i know there is so much brands, and some of them recommend to take 3 times a day etc. so i dont know which to get.. i been lifting for a year... and i dont want to overdose in vitamins or anything... so yeah..

anyone want to be nice enough to help me out?much appreciated...
