Hey Bros... Rear delts are seriously lacking. Any ideas on how to bring them up to speed? There was a time before I got religous about all this where if the fly/rear delt machine was busy when I got to that part of my workout I just skipped it. Now I kick myself for it. So My question is this... Do I...

A. Work them 1st while I feel strongest?
B. Work them last after everything else is exhausted in hopes to target it more specifically?
C. Any other suggestions?
